2. Second floor classrooms are being carpeted. Carpet for
the main sanctuary and vinyl boards for the
dining hall will begin when moisture content
in the concrete is lowered to acceptable levels.
3. Tile-laying at the central lobby began on Friday.
4. Washroom toilet partitions will be installed last, after
all plumbing fixtures are done.
5. Steel doors and wooden doors throughout the building are
being installed.
6. The canopy at the front lobby will be fitted with glass
over the rafters.
7. Installation of irrigation pipes and sprinkler system for
grass areas began on Wednesday.
8. Kitchen counter tops, sinks, and faucets have been
installed.
9. All the duct works for ventilation have been completed.
10. Installing of T-bar ceiling and ceiling tiles will be
finished this week.
11. Progress billing for $394K is due for payment on May 15,
2012.
12. The Lord provides suitable temperature and weather for
the exterior painting to be done next
week.
