- The roofing is now being installed. We are using a roofing system that absorbs noise from airplanes to a barely audible extent.
- The City of Richmond is working on the water connection. This is to supply clean water to the building.
- Two street lampposts have been installed along the sidewalk. We are still waiting for BC Hydro to move the electric pole fronting our driveway.
- The steelworks for the second floor and the stairs are now being prepared and installation will start on Monday, December 5.
