- The structural steel framework for the roof and second floor is in progress.
- The remaining stretch of sidewalk has been paved with concrete.
- FortisBC has already realigned the gas main, and the remaining portion of the storm sewer has been installed.
- The documents granting BC Hydro and Telus the statutory right of way to install power, phone, and cable lines on our property have been signed,
notarized, and forwarded for registration at the Land Title Office. BC Hydro has to move the electric pole that stands in the middle of our driveway
and make design changes for electric connections.
- Works on the interior and exterior of the building, the parking lot, mechanical and plumbing installation, are progressing rapidly. We need to intensify our prayers for each stage of the building to be accomplished in due time and with sufficient finances. May we serve as the channels for the Lord to pour out His blessings.
